процентная ставка
норма процента
Размер платы за пользование кредитом, выраженной в процентах от его суммы. Дифференцируется в зависимости от сроков, размеров, обеспеченности и вида кредита, степени кредитного риска и т.п. По существу, это доходность денег, отданных взаймы.. Имеет размерность «проценты в год». Различаются: номинальная П.с. и реальная П.с. (realinterestrate) — приблизительно равная номинальной ставке минус темп инфляции (так же исчисленный в процентах в год). С другой стороны, различаются безрисковая П.с. (например. ставка, по которой продаются наиболее надежные государственные облигации) и повышенная ставка, учитывающая возможные риски.
